Enjoy a trip up the Leeds and Liverpool Canal this summer with the Sir Titus Summer Trot. With distances ranging from 5k to Ultra, all along the flat, even towpath, this event is perfect for runners of all abilities, from novices to Ultra PB chasers!

A popular event and a return to the Leeds Liverpool canal this time in the lovely Saltaire. The tow path on this event is great underfoot so this flat outback is maybe the one that allows you to push yourself to the next distance. For this chip timed event all you have to do is choose one of the six distances available.
Support - The routes will be both marshalled and signed. Well stocked feed stations can be found every three miles. Registration is held at the address above.
