This trail running extravaganza funnels participants through a beautiful 6.5-mile route. With a choice of various distances, 10k, Half marathon, 20 miler, Marathon and Ultra. Make sure to collect your awesome finishers medal too.

Route information
The routes consist of a set number of laps around a 6.5-mile trail course. Runners will start from the centre of Knaresborough climbing gently up through park land on to the old railway track between Knaresborough and Harrogate surrounded by beautiful countryside. This course is great, and all done within lovely landscape and a beautiful Yorkshire town.

• By Car
• Follow the A-59 towards Harrogate and turn onto the A658. Afterwards, take the turning onto the B6163 and follow up Bland's Hill and arrive at Mother Shipton's Inn.
• Parking
• Parking is located a 2-minute walk from the event site in a public pay and display area.
• Age Requirements
• You must be aged 18 or over to participate in the 10k, 20 miles, Half Marathon and Marathon.
• You must be aged 21 or over to compete in the ultra.
• Aid Stations
• There are fully stocked feed stations with sweets and salty snacks at every three miles on the course.
• On-Site Facilities
• There are toilets located at the event.
• Cut-off time
• The cut-off time for the event is 6.5 hours.
