Tuesday 11th February 2020
Ladies! It’s come to our attention that we all have far too many clothes in our drawers and wardrobes…yes, this means you! So we’d like to invite you to our first Grim “Swishing” event. If you’ve never been to one before, this is how it works…. Your sort out all the clothes, bags, shoes and accessories that you don’t wear any more…including running gear, of course!, You pay £10, which all goes directly to Parkinsons UK. You bring all your clean, unwanted clothing, running gear and accessories to the LPSA Club in Leeds between 6.30pm and 7pm on Tuesday 11th February 2020. We then have lots of fun trying on new outfits and styles. Dressing up for grown-ups!, You get to take home loads of fantastic “new to you” stuff for free, and do something fantastic for charity too. It's basically a massive swap shop, where all of us, and Parkinson's UK, benefit. Numbers will be strictly limited to 35 (purely because of space constraints).
As is the norm with running events there are no cancellations, refunds or transfers, however if in the event of cancellation of the event due to unforeseen circumstances, snow, adverse weather or similar then we'll offer a free transfer to a re-arranged date or the following years event. Please see our It's Grim up North Running policy for more information.
