One of our favourites. This is a beautiful but challenging trail race around the grounds and surrounding trails of Temple Newsam. great paths and a couple of strategically placed hills makes this a fabulous course. the daffodil's simply add to the great feeling of this event.

Starting in the grounds of Temple Newsam this is a chip timed event. Following a 6.7 mile circular route. this undulating route has some hills will be a test on the legs but the scenery will hopefully provide a great distraction. The trail paths are generally good. Registration bib numbers and collection of will take place on the day, the race brief will be dispatched to the provided email 7 days prior to the event. Feed stations are on route every 3 miles and water, juice and snacks will be provided. Toilets are available at the start of the event (which runners will pass each time they lap) but not on the route. A bespoke medal, chocolate, beer and of course cakes are provided at the end of your chosen race.

As is the norm with running events there are no cancellations, refunds or transfers, however if in the event of cancellation of the event due to unforeseen circumstances, snow, adverse weather or similar then we'll offer a free transfer to a re-arranged date or the following years event.
