The beauty of running is watching the changing seasons and the changing scenery, Each season bringing new beauty and it had to be said new challenges and new joys associated with running. In the second event of this lovely series of virtual races we would love you to run and enjoy the wonderful joy of Spring. With gardens emerging from hibernation and longer days this is a great time to clock up the miles and embrace the wonderful outdoors.
For this second medal (in this series of five) we again want you to run 20K , as always you can run all in one go or in bite size chunks. Runners are encouraged to take some photos , capture the season , at the end of the year it will be wonderful to see the run you have done in each of the seasons to earn your medal .
