Who said we couldn't get something positive out of lockdown (yes I know we are stretching it a bit!!)
But with four weeks of lockdown starting again on 5th November we need to give ourselves goals, targets, and something positive to aim for. With this in mind why not set yourself a goal to undertaking some exercise each week.
This challenge starts on Thursday 5th November and will finish at midnight on Wed 1st Dec . To make it accessible for everyone we aim to be really flexible, run, walk, cycle, swim , skip, hop in fact do anything you want to or can do but commit to undertaking some exercise every week for all four weeks of lockdown and in return we will send you a fabulous Grim Up North Medal.
Make the small stuff count, lace up, get out and keep smiling .
