Due to last minute changes we can't give you Kirkstall Abbey and we can't give you the usual route but we promised to keep you running and if this means plodding the Leeds Canal so be it, This regular out and back route will keep you out there , keep you fit and keep you race ready for when life returns to normal. As always beer chocolate and cake await all participants. (Enjoy the flat route while you can guys because the hills and mud will be back as soon as possible !! )

As is the norm with running events there are no cancellations, refunds or transfers, however if in the event of cancellation of the event due to unforeseen circumstances, snow, adverse weather or similar then we'll offer a free transfer to a re-arranged date or the following years event.
